Questo strumento permette a individui di segnalare attivit\u00e0 sospette o illegali, fornendo al contempo protezione adeguata per coloro che effettuano la segnalazione. Le persone che possono utilizzare questo sistema includono:<\/div><ol><li>Dipendenti della TFM Spa.<\/li><li>Lavoratori o collaboratori delle imprese fornitrici di beni o servizi che realizzano lavori per conto della TFM Spa.<\/li><\/ol><div>Per implementare efficacemente questo sistema di whistleblowing come parte delle misure anti-corruzione, \u00e8 stato necessario creare una piattaforma informatica dedicata. Questa piattaforma \u00e8 conforme a tutte le normative e i regolamenti applicabili ed \u00e8 progettata per garantire elevati standard di sicurezza.<\/div><div>Le segnalazioni devono essere inviate al Responsabile della prevenzione della corruzione e della trasparenza (Rpct) e devono riguardare comportamenti illeciti di cui il segnalante ha avuto conoscenza a causa del suo rapporto di lavoro.
